01 / We find them

We find factories that have no foreign-language website

Not every factory in China has an English or Russian website, and not every owner speaks those languages. Yet many of them produce solid goods that meet the standards at a competitive price. The difficulty is not the goods themselves, but that they cannot promote themselves on foreign markets.

Targeted search by cluster · Direct contact in Chinese · No platform ratings · Fewer intermediaries

02 / We take the risk

We buy the goods outright and resell them to you

We purchase the goods from the factory and resell them to you. The contracting party is us, not the factory. That means: if the quality does not conform, deadlines are missed or the factory fails to perform, you address your claim to us — not to a factory thousands of kilometres away that you cannot even talk to in the same language.

Buy-out model · Risk on us · The factory is not disclosed · Quality and deadlines are our responsibility

03 / We control quality

Mandatory samples before shipment, supplier due diligence — at no cost

Before ordering, we require the factory to provide samples. In parallel, we run supplier due diligence free of charge: we do not work with factories that carry large debt, signs of credit risk, many market complaints or a poor credit history. Running this check with your own team is difficult — for us it is a standard procedure.

Mandatory samples · Supplier due diligence at no cost · Strict risk criteria · Batch inspection before shipment

Co-founders

Two co-founders. Every order is handled personally.

We do not build a large sales department and we do not promise round-the-clock availability. We deliberately limit the number of live projects so that we can see each one through. Negotiations are conducted personally by the co-founders — no interpreters, no relaying through third parties.

Alex Wang · co-founder

Alex Wang

He worked for many years at Alibaba headquarters, holding a senior position in the international supply chain. He has hands-on experience with China’s industrial clusters, its supplier base and factory environment: what each industrial zone specialises in, which factories have real capacity, and at which stages things most often go wrong. These conclusions were reached in practice, not drawn from industry reports.

MBA, Nazarbayev University Graduate School of Business (NUGSB). Before that, he worked and studied for many years in India and Southeast Asia — he has direct experience with those local markets and business environments. This is precisely why we expanded our sourcing markets from China to Vietnam and India.

Chinese is his native language. He is responsible for the sourcing side: factory search, auditing, supplier due diligence, pre-shipment quality control, certification and compliance. Aligning specifications, fixing deadlines and driving the resolution of issues requires someone on the ground — someone who notices when an answer is being avoided.

Kazakh is his native language. He studied in China for many years. He speaks Kazakh, Russian, Chinese and English fluently — so aligning specifications with the factory and clarifying tasks with the client both happen without third parties.

MBA, Nazarbayev University Graduate School of Business (NUGSB). He maintains a direct contact network among companies in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia and Tajikistan, knows the practice of procurement, the decision-making structure and the compliance requirements across Central Asia. Some issues are hard to discuss over the phone — a face-to-face meeting helps get things moving.

He is responsible for the client side: working through the brief, contract execution and performance, sample approval, delivery coordination, and all matters on the ground in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia and Tajikistan.

About the founding team

Both co-founders are currently pursuing their MBA at Nazarbayev University Graduate School of Business. Before that, each spent many years working in companies across international supply chains: Alex held a senior position in Alibaba’s international supply chain and handled overseas supply and procurement for a long time; Koyshibayev Bakdaulet studied in China for many years and maintains a direct contact network across Central Asia. Our conclusions about the three sourcing markets — China, Vietnam and India — are based on personal experience, not on selected examples.

Working format

The sourcing side and the client side are handled by different people. Negotiations are direct — no interpreter, no relaying.

Languages of communication

Four languages — Chinese, Russian, Kazakh and English — are used directly, without a third party.

Service format

We recommend holding the first formal conversation in person. The office is in Astana; we can travel to the main cities of Kazakhstan, Russia, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.

Sourcing scope

We do not limit ourselves to categories — what follows is only the beginning of the list.

We do not limit our profile. Any category that can realistically be sourced directly from a factory can be included in the assessment: heavy equipment, ceramics and flooring, construction materials, industrial goods, raw materials and semi-finished products, rubber and petrochemicals, consumer goods and even shop and retail-chain fixtures. Whether direct sourcing makes sense will be shown by the cost calculation.

How we work

We are not brokers: we buy the goods outright and resell them to you. Below are the terms and stages of procurement.

Most companies that work “with Chinese goods” essentially just introduce the parties: they connect you with the factory, and from then on you negotiate on your own. We do not work that way.

We purchase the goods from the factory and resell them to you. The contracting party is us, not the factory. We do not disclose the factory’s name, address or contacts. This is not concealing information — it is your protection: once the factory details leave your hands, your competitors will bypass us and negotiate with it directly, and in the end your guarantees on quality and deadlines narrow.

The price for this is that the risk rests entirely on us. In return, you deal with one party that speaks your language and operates in your time zone.

Who this is not for

If you want to sign a contract directly with the factory and control the source yourself — we are not the right fit. We provide a procurement service, not a supplier search service.

Before we start, provide confirmation of your current sourcing price

Specifically, one of three things: an invoice, a procurement contract, or an official commercial offer from the supplier.

The reason is simple: to understand whether your costs can be reduced and by how much, we need to know your current sourcing price. Without that baseline, any promise of “we guarantee a 5% reduction” has no force — and we do not make promises that cannot be verified.

The pricing data you provide is used only for cost calculation and offer comparison. We do not use it to approach your existing suppliers. If providing it now is inconvenient, we can first run a category assessment without price data.

Working terms · on one page
Deal structure
We sign a sales contract with you and a procurement contract with the factory. No direct relationship arises between you and the factory.
Factory data
The factory name, address and contacts are not disclosed.
Risk allocation
We bear the sales and performance risk. If the quality or deadlines do not conform to the contract, your claims are addressed to us.
Service fee
We charge no additional fees for our services.
Source of income
Trading margin — the difference between the purchase price and the selling price.
Logistics and documentation
By default, this is not our part: if you have a freight forwarder, we hand over the cargo and the documents to them — you do not pay twice for the same job. If there is no carrier — we arrange transport, customs clearance and storage through trusted partners. Market admission is handled jointly: you act as the applicant as the importer.
Minimum order
From USD 5,000 per transaction; we do not accept orders below this amount.
Candidate factories
For your product we select at least three suitable factories for comparison.
What we need from you
Confirmation of the actual price of your current purchase — an invoice, contract or commercial offer. Without this we cannot determine whether the procurement will save you money or by how much.
Price guarantee
Provided your current price is confirmed — your sourcing costs are reduced by at least 5%.
Languages of communication
Chinese / Russian / Kazakh / English — no interpreter required.
Service geography
Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia and Tajikistan. We recommend holding the first formal conversation in person — we can come to you.

Scope of work

Preliminary terms of cooperation.

We set out the points below up front — it saves both sides time. If even one point differs from your expectations, perhaps we are not the best option for you: finding that out before signing is better than after. Most companies working with Chinese goods make their money on shipping tariffs. We concentrate our resources on procurement — so logistics is not by default for us, but on request.

✕

Logistics — not by default, but possible

Procurement is our profile. If you have your own freight forwarder, they will handle the transport faster and cheaper, and you will not pay twice for the same job — so by default we do not take logistics on ourselves. If there is no carrier, we arrange the full cycle through trusted partners and take responsibility for linking the stages. Conformity assessment and market admission are handled jointly: you act as the applicant under the declaration as the importer; on our side are the conformity assessment procedure, the documents and the work with the factory.

✕

We do not disclose the manufacturer

Under the buy-out model of procurement, the factory name, address and contacts are not disclosed. The rationale is in the “Cooperation model” section.

✕

We do not work with individuals

We work only with companies registered in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia and Tajikistan that hold the status of a legal entity or sole proprietor. We do not accept personal-use orders, one-off “for myself” orders, consolidated batches or per-kilogram settlements.

✕

We do not accept orders under USD 5,000

We deliberately limit the number of live projects so that we can maintain the quality of execution on each: it is better to take on fewer than to lose control of even one.

✕

We charge no additional service fees

Our profit is formed solely by the trading margin: we charge no service fee, commission or consulting fee. Details are in the terms table above.

✕

We do not work with high-risk factories

Factories with large credit debt, signs of credit risk, widespread market claims or an unsatisfactory credit history are not considered under any price conditions. No exceptions.

If you already have a freight forwarder

We work up to the procurement boundary

You buy the goods from us, and we hand over the cargo and the full set of documents to your carrier. They handle the transport, clearance and storage — at their own rates and without our markup. This is the cheapest option: one job is paid for once, not twice.

If there is no carrier

We close the full cycle

We arrange transport, customs clearance and storage through trusted partners and take responsibility for linking the stages — so that the cargo does not get “stuck” between the factory and the border. Conformity assessment and market admission are handled jointly: you act as the applicant as the importer; we prepare the procedure and the document package.

“We are not freight forwarders. We are your procurement department, working on the ground in China.” Our profit is the trading margin, not a service fee charged to you. If the quality or delivery deadlines do not conform to what was agreed, you address your claim to us: you do not need to deal yourself with a factory thousands of kilometres away that you have no common language with.

Procurement stages

Six stages. Any of them can be stopped.

All the work fits within the window from production launch to shipment — beyond that window, the ability to change anything is extremely limited. After the factory audit and the samples, you can stop at any moment, with no further obligations: we charge no service fee, no costs arise if no deal is made, and we do not tie the client in with long-term contracts.

01

Brief and technical specification

We clarify the real need and translate it into a technical specification on which a supplier can quote. If this stage is done weakly, any further price comparison loses its meaning: each supplier calculates differently, the price spread reaches two to three times, and the configurations are not comparable.

Result: technical specification · acceptance-criteria draft

02

Factory selection and legal-entity check

We select factories in the relevant regions against the technical specification, not by sorting prices on a platform. For your product we find at least three suitable factories: not a single “no-alternative option,” but a full set of real alternatives. For each we verify the legal entity itself and filter out trading intermediaries posing as a factory.

What we checkScope of activity per the licence and registration data · export rights and main sales markets · actual capacity and footage of the production line · cross-checking of bank details against several sources · price comparison across several factories for one specification

Result: list of candidate factories (at least three) · legal-entity check results · price comparison table

03

Reliability check and samples

We run the reliability check on every candidate factory at no additional cost. Beyond the documents, capacity and export rights, we check debt load, court cases, credit history and market claims. In parallel, we require samples from the factory: serial production starts only after the sample is approved. For each point we report separately what we were able to confirm and what we were not.

What we checkRegistration and court data, the register of unscrupulous debtors and enforcement proceedings · the amount of debt and signs of abnormal activity · existing claims and disputes on the market · cross-checking of the beneficiaries

Strict filterFactories with large credit debt, signs of credit risk, widespread claims or an unsatisfactory credit history are not considered under any price conditions.

Result: reliability finding (can work / work under supervision / will not work) · sample comparison table · approved-sample protocol

04

Price and terms

We calculate the full cost of procurement, not the unit price: taxes, conformity-assessment costs and payment risks are included together. Quality terms, tolerances, defect definition and packaging markings are written into the contract.

Result: full-cost calculation · contract-terms recommendations

05

Pre-shipment quality control

We check against a control list for that category, not by random visual inspection; defects are recorded by group (appearance, dimensions, function, packaging). Progression to the next stage happens only after your confirmation; non-conformities are corrected on site with a re-check.

Our commitmentWe do not promise zero defects. We promise that problems will be found before you pay the balance.

Result: inspection report · photo and video materials

06

Conformity documents and cargo handover

We identify the applicable TR CU technical regulations and draw up the conformity assessment procedure; we verify the document list for the declaration of conformity; we set out the deadlines and requirements for mandatory marking; we fix the HS code through an advance classification ruling and a preliminary calculation of customs payments. Certificates are issued by accredited bodies in Kazakhstan, Russia, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. Tajikistan has a particular feature: it is not a member of the EAEU, so its national conformity-assessment system (Tajikstandart) applies, not the TR CU technical regulations. On our side are determining the procedure, verifying the documents and working with the supplier. We do not sell certificates. We prepare the declaration jointly: you act as the applicant as the importer; we prepare the procedure and the package. The cargo and shipping documents are then handed over to your carrier — or, if there is no carrier, we arrange transport and customs clearance through trusted partners.

Result: conformity assessment procedure · document list · document package · handover certificate

Questions and knowledge base

Answers to frequent questions — and materials if you want to dig deeper.

We work only with companies in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia and Tajikistan that hold the status of a legal entity or sole proprietor; we do not accept orders from individuals. The minimum amount per procurement is USD 5,000; we do not go below that threshold. The reason is that we deliberately limit the number of live orders: it is better to take on fewer than to lose control of even one.
We check against a standard set of actions: whether the licence includes “production/manufacturing,” whether it has export rights, registered capital and an address, footage of the production line, and the quality of answers to technical questions — a trading intermediary calculates fast but cannot name the grade of raw material or the details of the process. We do not issue a verdict of “everything is fine with this factory”; we say: “these points are confirmed, those are not.”
We do not promise zero defects — such a promise would be unsustainable. We do something else: we move the moment of discovery to before you pay the balance — batch inspection before shipment, comparison with the approved sample, defect recording, requiring that defects be corrected on site. If, on the other hand, you only open the cargo in Almaty, your ability to file a claim will be extremely limited.
On our side are identifying the applicable TR CU technical regulations, drawing up the document list and working with the supplier on providing them. The official processing is done by accredited bodies in Kazakhstan, Russia, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan: we do not sell certificates and we do not substitute the certification body in the matter of the final decision. The specific applicable regulation is determined by the body’s final finding for your product. Processing for Tajikistan has a particular feature: it is not a member of the EAEU, so its national conformity-assessment system (Tajikstandart) applies, not the TR CU regulations.
By default — no, and that is deliberate. If you have your own freight forwarder, transport will be done faster and cheaper by them: you will not pay twice for the same job. If you have no carrier, we arrange the full cycle — transport, customs clearance and storage — through trusted partners and take responsibility for linking the stages. Conformity assessment and market admission are handled jointly: you act as the applicant under the declaration as the importer; we prepare the procedure and the document package.
We charge you no additional service fees. Our profit is the trading margin: we buy the goods from the factory and resell them to you, and the income is the difference. So the factory check, reliability check, samples and quality control are not paid for separately — they are already included in the procurement price. We also do not charge a commission on your procurement volume: otherwise there would be a conflict of interest, under which it would benefit us for you to buy as much as possible.
Three sources: China, Vietnam and India. China is our main base: that is where the language competence, the network of relevant regions and suppliers are concentrated. Vietnam covers furniture, textiles, consumer electronics and part of construction materials. India’s strong areas are chemicals, pharmaceutical intermediates, textiles and part of machinery. The founders worked and studied in India and Southeast Asia for several years; our resources in that region are direct, with no intermediaries.
We do not limit categories. Most often we work with: construction and finishing materials, heavy equipment and industrial machinery, industrial goods and components, raw materials and industrial semi-finished products, rubber and plastic products, petrochemicals and basic chemicals, consumer goods and small wholesale, home goods and household textiles, clothing, footwear and textiles, home appliances, lighting and electrical goods, and shop and retail-chain fixtures. Any category that can be sourced directly from a factory can be considered. For categories with the highest admission requirements — medical devices, for example — we first determine the conformity assessment procedure and only then discuss the procurement.
No. This is our business model and at the same time your protection. We buy from the factory and resell to you, and we are the contracting party. If you want to sign a contract with the factory directly and control the source yourself, we are not the right partner: we provide a procurement service, not a supplier selection service. The flip side: the source information stays between you and us, and your competitors will not be able to find out your supply channel.
Three barriers. The first — before selecting the factory: we run a reliability check at no cost; we do not consider factories with large credit debt, signs of credit risk, widespread claims or a poor credit history. The second — before placing the order: we require samples from the factory; without sample approval, serial production does not start, and the sample is kept as a reference for batch comparison. The third — before shipment: batch inspection, photo and video recording, a defect log, a report and your release confirmation; non-conformities are corrected on site with a re-check. We do not promise zero defects. We promise that problems will be found before you pay the balance.
Yes. The first proper conversation is best held in person: things like a technical specification are awkward to discuss over the phone. We are based in Astana; we can travel to the main cities of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia and Tajikistan.
It depends on how clearly the technical specification is drawn up. With a clear brief, the candidate-factory selection usually yields a result within two to three weeks; if the brief itself needs reworking, the preparation stage will take longer — but time invested at the start costs far less than repeated sample cycles at the end.
For your product we will try to select at least three suitable factories and present the results of the staged checks: documents, capacity, price, lead times and readiness to provide materials for conformity assessment. We do not give a single “no-alternative option” — we show real alternatives. We do not present an option with only one alternative as a result.
Two items. First — your need: product, specification, target volume, desired lead times; the more specific, the better. If it is not yet formulated — that is fine, we can discuss and clarify it first. Second — confirmation of your current sourcing price: an invoice, a supply contract or a commercial offer from the supplier; one of the three is enough. The second point is key: to determine whether savings are possible and how much, we need to know your current procurement cost; without that baseline, any promise of a price reduction is unsustainable. The pricing materials you send are used only for calculation and comparison — we will not approach your existing suppliers. If providing them now is inconvenient, we can first run a category assessment without tying it to price.

Knowledge base

Six materials, written not to sell a service.

We publish the methodology for checking a counterparty, the certification requirements and the logic of calculating the full cost of an import. Not because it is disinterested — but because there is nothing to hide here. If you apply the methodology yourself, you will already save money. If you decide to hand this work to us, you will understand what you are paying for.

Where to start

Contact us directly — the initial assessment is free.

We will tell you three things: which region is right for selecting factories for this category, which conformity documents need to be processed first, and in what range the cost of this procurement will fall at current market conditions.

  • 01 Free initial assessment: does the task make sense for direct overseas sourcing?
  • 02 If the calculation shows a reduction of less than 5%, we will say so directly and will not take the project
  • 03 We work only with companies registered in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia and Tajikistan. The minimum amount per procurement is USD 5,000
  • 04 We charge no service fee. If no deal is made — no costs arise
